This Collingwood renovation combined careful drywall work with thoughtful finishing to respect the character of a century home. From fire-rated drywall to crown molding, we worked closely with our client to deliver a seamless upgrade while maintaining the original charm.

We coordinated with the city on fire-rating requirements, matched new drywall with older walls, and gave every surface—from ceilings to stairwells—a smooth, ready-to-paint finish. The result was a clean, updated space that still felt true to its roots.
